We ship all orders by UPS and USPS to the 48 continental states.
We do not ship internationally.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. All transactions are securely processed thru Pay Pal.
If you are placing an order and are not comfortable with giving your credit card over the Internet you can place your order over the phone during business hours. Phone orders can only be paid with Visa or Master Card.
We do not accept personal checks.
Sales tax is not added to any orders outside of New York State. Orders placed and billed to a New York state address will be charged sales tax. If you are within New York State and tax exempt we will honor your tax exemption with the proper tax exemption certificate on file.

Our retail location and showroom is open to the public and located at: 2880 Genesee St., Buffalo, NY 14225.
Our selection at our location is greater than our website and you are welcome to visit us anytime during business hours of: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM eastern standard time. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
We have no minimum amount to be ordered, realize however that smaller orders may have a greater shipping charge than the actual product cost.
Items that are packed in assorted colors or styles are shipped as such with no choice of color or style.
Child warning! Small toy parts are not intended for use by children under the age of 5 without adult supervision.
Licensed products are available for the redemption purpose only, and are not for retail sale.
Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. If a change occurs while your order is in process, we will honor your order under the pricing and terms at time of order.
We do not have a catalog in print. Our website at this time is our online catalog that is updated with new product as it arrives.
We have a no questions asked return policy. If you are unhappy with any item that you have received from us, you may return it within 30 days of invoice. Items that are received after 30 days will be sent back to you.
To make a return ship the order back with a note explaining the reason of return to: Ray Gay Sales, Inc., 2880 Genesee St., Buffalo, NY 14225.
After we receive your returned order we will credit your account the amount of the price of the products. Shipping is non-refundable.
For safety and health reasons we will not take back unsealed items that were: used, used in the mouth such as whistles…, worn on the body, special orders, glow sticks and glow necklaces.
If an item is defective or in not working order when received, we will replace it at no charge.
